What’s this about?

My inclination in life is to take on commitments, whether launching my business, involving myself in the arts and music or training for and completing endurance events and outdoor adventure.

I have been experiencing Chronic Fatigue symptoms since about 2004, was diagnosed in 2013 and in 2014 am starting to understand what it really means to have this chronic illness, that in order to retain a consistent level of functionality in my life, I must change the way I think and move.

My large adventure now is learning how to have small adventures, and I thought it might help to write down what helps me. So here is my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Notebook, open and ready for service.
