  1. Easier to make the plan than to follow it
  2. I consistently assume a larger envelope than I have
  3. My desire to find a way to fit everything into my schedule is stronger than my understanding that I have real limits

And that’s what I have learned this week. Next week I will have an HR monitor to test out so I can see what 60% of my max heart rate feels like in daily life. Perhaps the beeping alarm will help me internalize my true “energy envelope”.
