My goal this week is to try to maintain my sense of peace, and to remain undisturbed in the face of deadlines and obligations to others. In this way I hope to enable myself to meet these commitments rather than the all too familiar push/crash fail.

My strategy for how I will do this is by taking a moment in between tasks for breathing mediation, or for “silence time” wherein I turn off external inputs like those podcasts I am obsessed with listening to every day.
