I am slowly recovering from 5 consecutive weeks of moderate to severe fatigue symptoms. This week I understand:

  • Don’t over do it means rest often.
  • Move slowly and deliberately.
  • Think about one thing at a time.
  • Listening also consumes energy, turns out. Turn off radio/talk shows if you need to think.
  • Rest after completing a task.
  • Breathe in and out.
